The new Q-Audio Q-Mix Series delivers professional mixing features, exceptional flexibility and outstanding value, making it the ideal choice for solo performers, duos, small bands, venues, houses of worship, podcasting and fixed installations.
Designed to offer the functionality normally found on much more expensive consoles, the Q-Mix 12FX combines intuitive operation with powerful routing and recording capabilities. At its heart is an 12-channel analogue mixer featuring six mono microphone inputs, with channels 11 and 12 also capable of operating as a stereo input channel for maximum versatility.
Every mono channel benefits from a highly musical 3-band EQ section complete with a swept semi-parametric mid control, allowing precise tonal shaping and enhanced vocal clarity. Dedicated PFL (Pre-Fade Listen) switches on every channel provide accurate gain setting and signal monitoring, ensuring optimum audio performance and simplified system setup.
Individual illuminated MUTE buttons provide clear visual feedback in any environment, while comprehensive group assignment enables every channel to be routed to any of the four group outputs, making venue zoning and multi-area audio distribution simple and effective.
The integrated media player features Bluetooth streaming, USB and SD card playback via a dedicated channel slider, all controlled through a detailed LCD display and illuminated transport controls for easy operation. A powerful 24-effect, 32-bit stereo DSP engine adds high-quality reverbs, delays and modulation effects to enhance any performance. A dedicated remote footswitch input allows hands-free muting of effects, making the Q-Mix particularly useful for live vocal performances and stage applications.
Recording is equally impressive. Capture your mix directly to a USB memory stick or SD card in MP3 or WAV format using the built-in recorder, or connect a computer or mobile device via the rear-panel USB-C interface for two-channel recording and playback. The USB-C connection also provides device charging and can be routed through channels 7 and 8, allowing full EQ adjustment and level control directly from the mixer.
Comprehensive connectivity includes balanced left and right XLR main outputs, four assignable group outputs, stereo control room outputs and dedicated RCA record outputs, ensuring the Q-Mix can adapt to virtually any application.
